Mission - Las Cruces Symphony Orchestra
View The Las Cruces Symphony’s COVID-19 Message

Just as many businesses and organizations have been profoundly affected by the COVID-19 Pandemic, so has the Las Cruces Symphony. We have cancelled live performances through the end of 2020 and hope to return in February of 2021. To be notified of updated performance information, sign up for email notifications.

Without the ability to perform for the public, we are unable to generate essential operating revenue. Until we have certainty that our economy can remain open and audiences are ready and able to return to large public gatherings, we are not able to resume concerts. You can support LCSO by taking part in our virtual performance and fundraiser on November 19 at 7 p.m. Mountain Standard Time.

Our best wishes go out to our patrons, sponsors, and supporters.

Our mission

To present and promote music of the highest artistic quality for the region’s enrichment and serve our community as a musical, cultural, and educational resource.

Barb Ross, Las Cruces Symphony Association Board President
Upon my retirement to Las Cruces 17 years ago, I was delighted to learn that we had a symphony orchestra. The LCSO offers a quality of music not often found in a community the size of Las Cruces. This is a world-class orchestra made up of talented musicians with a talented music director and each season features guest artists from around the world. That is why I am dedicated to serving on the board and working to fundraise in order to preserve this gem for the community.
